EVERYDAY CARE & SUPPORT

PERSONAL CARE

  • Our trained caregivers assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring clients’ personal hygiene and comfort. this can also include overnight care.

MEAL PREPARATION

  • We prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, promoting proper nutrition and overall health.

HOUSEKEEPING

  • Our caregivers help maintain a clean and organized living environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and home organization.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

  • Our skilled staff ensures that clients adhere to their medication schedules, offering reminders and assistance with administering medication as prescribed.

COMPANIONSHIP

  • We provide companionship to prevent feelings of isolation, engaging clients in meaningful conversations, games, and activities that stimulate their mental and emotional well-being

WRAP AROUND SERVICES

Our home care services also include support outside the home, visiting friends, shopping, and support attending appointments, collecting medication, and attending religious places and clubs. 

EMERGENCY CARE OPTIONS

As circumstances or events in your life have changed, by either a family member not coping well following a client coming from hospital to home for recovery or if there’s been an incident and your carer has suddenly been taken ill and let you down, we are here to support and help you and your family in short notice.

LIVE IN CARE

Choosing live-in care enables you to remain and retain your independence within your own home, you will have a peace of mind knowing you have someone with you to support and assist you throughout the day and night. This will also improve your wellbeing as you have someone to talk with, laugh with and a companionship from our caring team.

  • Washing, Dressing, Bathing, and Toileting
